That's why we're so proud of the Aptiv Lean 2.0 Opex Tournament, an annual event celebrating our commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
For the past five years, Lean 2.0 Opex Tournament has been a global platform that recognizes our employees' contributions to our culture of continuous improvement. Operational excellence is crucial as we navigate challenges and strive to reduce operating expenses while delivering value to our customers. Our main objectives are to foster enthusiasm for Operational Excellence, facilitate the sharing of best practices, and identify opportunities for replication. Additionally, we aim to recognize teams that exemplify behaviors exceeding customer expectations.
Teams can submit their projects via the SharePoint platform by June 2024. Winners are recognized in three categories: Overall, Audience, and Quality. These awards will be featured at the 2024 Aptiv Innovation Awards, highlighting their importance in driving positive change within our organization and beyond.
